There are no deadlines for submission of a request and all requests are responded to in writing. You may expect the process to take approximately 120 days.

When a proposal is received, it is scheduled for our next available Preliminary Review Committee, which meets monthly. It is this Committee, comprised of Foundation Trustees, which will determine if the proposal will be reviewed by our full board of trustees for possible funding. Our board of Trustees convenes quarterly.

ITEMS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR FULL BOARD REVIEW
( The foundation will request these items if proposal passes preliminary review)

  • Notarized affidavit certifying current tax exempt status and adherence to IRS criteria.
  • Copy of IRS Form 990, (if required to file) or Audited Financial Statements.
  • A listing of all current Officers and Directors.
  • A signed Statement of Faith (If Christian College or Seminary)
